Who we are
MapleFlow is a product of Latentium Labs Inc., a Canadian company. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Latentium Labs Inc.
What we collect
- Account info — name and email from Google or GitHub sign-in. Used for authentication and billing receipts.
- API usage — endpoint called, model used, token counts, credits consumed. Used for billing and service improvement. We do not store your prompts or API request/response content.
- Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- Authenticate your API requests
- Track credit usage and billing
- Send transactional emails (receipts via Stripe)
- Improve our service
We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, AI model inference
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google / GitHub — OAuth sign-in
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI) — your API requests are forwarded to these providers to generate responses. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for billing purposes. You can request account deletion by emailing contact@latentium.com.
